As part of our ongoing commitment to connecting Italian excellence with the Japanese context, we coordinated the Tokyo edition of the 50 Top Pizza Asia-Pacific 2024 awards.
Held in the prestigious venues of the Italian Cultural Institute and the Italian Embassy in Tokyo, the event celebrated the best pizzerias across Asia-Pacific, bringing together top professionals, chefs, media, and institutions.
Our studio was entrusted with the overall local coordination, including:
– Organizing the award ceremony at the Italian Cultural Institute
– Planning and managing the official party at the Italian Embassy
– Liaising between Italian and Japanese partners to ensure smooth execution
– Coordinating all Japanese suppliers, including:
• Press and PR agency
• Music and audio direction
• Catering services
• Technical and stage direction
• Staffing agency
• Floral decoration
• Photographer and videomaker
• Graphic design and production services
This project exemplifies our interdisciplinary approach, where architecture, design, and event culture intersect to support meaningful international initiatives — reinforcing our position as a creative bridge between Italy and Japan.
