Amedeo Canfora is a piece of Capri’s history that resists the onslaught of the brands. This artisan shop’s redevelopment project is inspired by tradition but with a touch of contemporary taste and innovative technology.
The first intervention concerned the redevelopment of the windows, carried out through a careful recovery of the existing fixtures, replacing the shelves and all the lighting devices using the latest generation LEDs. The old sign was then replaced with a new one that would enhance the shop’s old logo and declined it in the original blue tone. The logo was then also re-proposed on the new sunscreen awning. In the interior of the shop the old and worn ceiling lights have also been replaced with modern LED lights. The existing chairs have been replaced with comfortable leather soft seating.
